1 egg
1 1/4 cup canned pumpkin
2/3 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon cloves
1 1/4 cup evaporated milk
Heat oven to 425*
Beat egg.
Beat in remaining ingredients.
Pour into unbaked pie crust.
Bake 15 minutes.
Reduce temperature to 350* and bake 35 minutes more.
