Carrot Cake

(1) Mix:
2 cup sugar
1 cup oil

(2) Add:
3 eggs (beaten)
2 cups shredded carrots
1 small can crushed pineapple (drained)

(3) Mix in:
1 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 cups flour

(4) Add:
2 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup raisins
1 cup chopped nuts

Pour into greased 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350* for 45 minutes. Cool completely then frost.
