1/2 cup margarine
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
dash salt
Combine ingredients in a small bowl. Microwave on 1/2 power for 20 seconds. Stir.
Makes 1/2 cup.

I am no cook. In fact, until I had been married for 2 years, I rarely ever cooked, but I do love to bake and I have been doing it for years! I am slowly getting into meal planning and preparing dinner every night, and keeping this blog helps me stay motivated to continue. Here I can store some of my favorite recipes that I actually enjoy making. Maybe this will encourage me to spend some more time in the kitchen...if I ever find the time!
