Meltaways

2 sticks butter
3/4 cup cornstarch
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1 cup flour

Cream butter.
Add remaining ingredients and blend well.
Drop by spoonfuls and bake at 350* for 12 minutes.

Frosting:
3 oz cream cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup powdered sugar

Mix together and spread on cooled cookies.
