Toffee Apple Dip

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 pkg. toffee bits (some stores have Skor bits and some have Heath)

Mix together and serve with apple slices.
