1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 cup dried cranberries or cherries
1 small red onion, chopped
1/2 cup toasted pecans or almonds
Combine ingredients in large salad bowl and toss with Brianna's Vinaigrette just before serving.
(I like adding chicken and bread/rolls to make it a meal but it's also great as a side salad.)
